Sponsorship Forms
For any fundraising event, a professional looking sponsor form is very important as it will give credibility to your jump. You can download a template we have created below:
We ask that you gain all sponsor monies owed within 4 weeks after your jump so that we can pass them on to the charity you are supporting. We ask the charities we work with what sort of money collection method they would prefer. Normally, the sponsor money which you have raised should be paid to JumpMAD so we can amalgamate it all and then send it to your charity. This saves them vast amounts of paperwork caused by receiving hundreds of separate amounts. If, however, the charity wish it to be collected or sent in a different way you will be notified via the personalised information pack when you signed up.
